About the job role
As an HR Business Partner in Webhelp, you'll be part of a Passionate Game Changers team. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities that will include supporting day-to-day operational needs & requests, promoting employee development, and updating and adjusting HR policies and practices according to the needs of the organization/project.
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
· Act as a link with operations to enhance engagement and satisfaction of employees.
· Support all HR-related inquiries or requests with the support of the HR Admin team.
· Oversee contract management, renewals, compensation, and benefits.
· Coordinate the welcoming & onboarding of new employees.
· Act as a point of contact for all employees and be a 360-degree advisor/consultant for all stakeholders.
· Analyze Turnover, Absenteeism, and Performance KPIs to provide info & develop action plans.
· Follow up and support on assessments center, as part of our Talent Management program
· Work alongside with recruitment team to calibrate profiles and identify potential candidates for internal mobilities
· Provide support on-site, alongside projects' management teams, and act as an HR consultant for operational topics
· A to Z support on employee lifecycle, from onboarding to management of resignation processes
We are looking for
· Fluent in English or French (minimum level C1)
· Another European Language is a plus
· Human Resources Degree or Experience in Contact Center World in Management Roles
· Strong organization, communication, and Problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of HR processes (assessments, interviews, resignations)
· Knowledge of HR Labor Law
